GeekMod provides digital file services, including:
• eBook conversion (e.g., EPUB and related formats)
• File repair and recovery (documents, PDFs, EPUBs, images, audio, video, archives, and other file types)
All services are provided remotely and are tailored to each individual file.
2. File Submission and Responsibility
By submitting a file, you confirm that:
• You have the legal right to use, modify, and share the file
• The file does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The file does not contain malicious or harmful content
You retain full ownership of your files and content at all times.
3. No Guarantee of Results (File Repair)
While we make every effort to repair and recover damaged files:
• Recovery results are not guaranteed
• Some files may be partially recoverable or not recoverable at all
• The outcome depends on the file’s condition and structure
A professional assessment will be provided before work begins whenever possible.
4. Service Scope and Revisions
• Each project is based on the agreed scope and pricing
• Reasonable revisions may be included, depending on the service
• Additional work beyond the original scope may require additional fees
5. Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on file complexity
• Final files are delivered digitally
It is the client’s responsibility to review the delivered files and report any issues within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Payments
• Pricing is provided before work begins
• Work may begin after confirmation and/or payment, depending on the agreement
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, due to the nature of digital services
7. Limitation of Liability
GeekMod is not liable for:
• Data loss, incomplete recovery, or file corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., bookstores, devices)
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Confidentiality
All files and content provided are treated as strictly confidential.
Files are never shared, distributed, or reused beyond the scope of the requested service.
9. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for files that:
• Are illegal or violate applicable laws
• Contain harmful or malicious content
• Fall outside the scope of our expertise
